Why won't people acknowledge that being a Conqueror can include those that have a set belief and will fight for it no matter what or who they are facing. Both Koby was willing to fight Luffy when it came down to it, he will risk his life for what they want regardless of what other people think. Koby also stood up to Akainu not all Conquerors have to start off as chads he can work into that role through his will to be what he wants to be. Punching a battleship for 2+ years along with Garp training shows an insane willpower that most of the OP verse doesn't have, only three marines ever have done such suicidal training. Along with the will to be a hero.
