This is assuming Roger isn't completely retarded and turn himself in with his beloved blade.

Back in the day people theorized that Koby would get the mera mera no mi cause he's basically Garps grandson at this point. Obviously Sabo got it but there's the next best thing: the sword!

Garp definitely has the sword since Rouge would have had it but she died. I bet he was planning on giving it to Ace when he became a great marine and that plan failed miserably.

Now that Koby is after the one piece and is the future of the marines it's fitting he uses the PKs sword entrusted to him by Garp. That way he can name his future son after it as well:steef:

I think Buggy’s going to get Ace

Oda has been glazing him so hard since wano. The dude is a fodder and yet is a major player in the final saga. He needs a power up imo.

Normally a supreme grade sword should be hard to wield for someone of Buggy’s tier. But since it was Roger’s sword and Buggy was like a son to Roger, I think Buggy might be able to use it.
