Yes for Four Reasons:

1. They are all Weaker than her individually
2. Tenten will be the Easy Target so Konan might use this Weakness to get all Three of them
3. They are Trio specialized in Taijutsu & Konan is a Bad-Match Up, one of the worst for them
4. They struggled against 30% Kisame even with Guy there & we saw how Kakuzu was winning against Kakashi's Team

Konan can take them down imo

I will not develop it long.

I do think too that none of the 3 leaf Ninjas has anything to oppose Konan.
We could argue that Tenten has explosives and maybe a few ( powerly limited ) elemental tags.
We could argue that 6 and 7th gate can somewhat use aire compression to reach Konan.

But I don't know how and I'm very not sure.

Konan wins this. If she can fight alone Shino family who seems to be her weakness specialist ( why does she fight them really ), she can fight Taijutsu guys ( her Forte ). 🙍

Is there a difference between pre-TS Tenten & post-TS Tenten?

We never know. Maybe I skipped something about her.

But I think Konan clearly win this. I cannot see Neji & Lee trying to attack a thousand pieces of paper(the limits of taijutsu).
Even Tobi highdiffs Konan. Her abilities were recognized by both Pain & Jiraya.

So yes. Bye bye Neiji, Rock Lee & Tenten...

Konan is one of the strongest and smartest Akatsuki members. She forced someone like Obito to use of Izanagi. She will take down the trio for sure.
Add a Kage tier jonin to equation (Kakashi, Guy, Darui) then we might see a better fight.
