- Active admirals have a cross guild bounty of 3 Billion
- Sakazuki has a cross guild bounty of 5 Billion
- Blackbeard has a current bounty of 3.996 Billion
- Mihawk has a current bounty of 3.59 Billion
- The goroawase for Kuzan "93" ku-z(s)an

I’m predicting 3.93 billion.

Considering WG depository is bigger than Cross Guild's, Kuzan is definitely getting more than the active Admirals.

Going with roughly 3.5 billion, the actual range of top-tier characters that are not the captains of the crew, A.K.A Mihawk.

Oda also implied Kuzan as a Major player for the race to the OP, even making him there despite BB making also to the panel.

He was also a marine admiral, and also hyped by the Gorosei.

4B+ seems reasonable, but I won't be surprised if it's lower.
