I think that this would be the perfect motive for Kuzan. It would further his portrayal as an antagonist, but still be within his character.
Teach, like Xebec, wishes to murder all CDs and make himself king of the world. Kuzan doesn’t want to make Teach king, he just wants the CDs to pay.
That’s why Kuzan became a pirate and not a revo. He doesn’t want to merely strip the CDs of power. He wants to eradicate all of them, even those who are good people(Myosgard and probably others), just as the WG has done to its countless enemies.
this will probably culminate in some god valley type scenario where Luffy and Smoker/Koby ally to stop the BBP.
