Zoro and Sanji might defeat Admirals next arc, or atleast clash with them evenly. Shiryu and Lafitte will be opponents after that. Though they won't surpass Fujitora and Kizaru on their own. Blackbeard Pirates collect Devilfruits. I don't think they stopped just because every Titanic Captain got one. They must a surplus for weapons. Long standing idea of mine is that Shiryu will feed Kaido's DF to his sword, to make it competitive for Zoro. He will alrady need it against Ben Beckmann, will will happen soon. Same goes for Lafitte, for his Redhair Pirate opponent (Marco perhaps) and then to make it hard for Sanji.
Most would think about his cane. Problem with this is that he cannot use the cane in comabt, because his arms turn to wings. I think his shoes should get a Devilfruit. Maybe they already have one. A cat Zoan would be fitting, because his footsteps are silent. If his shoes had wings from some kind of bird zoan, he would resemble hermes. Maybe redundant, as he can fly already. Blackbeard likes to send him on missions to bring messages to others, like that greek god with winged shoes.
