Thoughts:
I removed Fairy Law from Laxus' arsenal as that is just too OP as well as no time limit for Kashimo as I feel this would be a cop out in debates for most people here. Personally I have Laxus as a clear notch above Kashimo in almost every category, to me he's similar to Hakari but with a stronger and more well rounded Arsenal and Base stats. Not to mention the guy has one shot dozens of top tier characters in the verse namely Ajeel, Hades and just about anyone that has proven to be an issue for the main cast he's beaten in a complete stomp. From what we saw from Kashimo was very little overall and his CT was unimpressive where he was negged by Sukuna which isn't fair but Laxus has faced off against almost every main antagonist and has been a crucial point in their overall defeat or has defeated them personally. Both are considered the strongest Kashimo in his time being the strongest overall and Laxus being in talks of the strongest in Fairy Tail and comparable to Gildarts.

Personally I have JJK as one of the weakest verses overall but thought this would be a good and fun match up overall given their powers being based around Lightning.

Laxus takes this handedly

For one he's a dragon slayer so he can eat lighting, if this lighting is powerful enough he can use it to enter dragon force which gives him a boost in endurance, speed, basically everything

His lighting was powerful enough to completely wipe out a wave of sand that was at least 100 feet

Not to mention he has the Fairy Law trump card which I don't see Kashimo surviving

VSBW profiles always annoy me because you never know how reliable their sources are or how overinflated they are as well. They also often use non-canon sources like that one Bleach movie and One Piece Strong World for their character profiles. To make it worse, they either delete such scaling or it just stays there - there's no real consistency imo.

Yep, OBD is also better but again, Laxus' profile is very highly likely outdated. This guy is quite powerful in 100 Year Quest and I doubt he scales that low.

You mean memories of nobody? The events in it are filler but the sizes of the locations in the movie are pretty much confirmations of what is present in the canon.

I still question use of non-canon movies even if some stuff is canon. I mean, it's also the same with Strong World yet I don't see people using this movie to scale canon characters to it.

The thing with Bleach is that things like the size of Las Noches or the Sereitei is not entirely specific, statements made in the movie kind of fill that void. It was a long time ago but I think I shared the evidence in one of the archived threads.

Also the fight between Ulquiorra and Vasto Lorde Ichigo in Hell Verse Kubo said was closer to what he wanted in the manga and Ulquiorra was hanging with Ichigo in the movie, things like that pretty much fit the bill of what is canon. So they not entirely at fault for using the movies.

Speed is more hectic to figure out than the DC/AP if you’re talking about Bleach lol. Last I checked there was still an argument between light speed feats early on in Bleach vs the lightning speed statement made in the data book for Bankai Ichigo in the SS arc. Based off TYBW alone, some of the feats within it can be scaled to light speed when taking certain things literally and the distance from the Soul King Palace to the SS. At the end it’s all just estimates with Kubo giving no direct statement of actual light speed like some other mangas have.

Idk if the anime gave a different spin to this since I haven’t caught up yet nor was I thinking about power scaling with what I watched so far lol

I've been binging it Group just returned to FT and the way Laxus has handled everyone he's been a complete terror. should give Gildarts a good fight might even win now.

i think we need to stop looking at movies as non-cannon at least for OP Oda himself said events might not be cannon but their abilities are so whatever we seen in those is what they can/will do in the series.

you should see Zoros stats hes maxed out in almost every department and his FTL feats are funny

i give all top tiers in bleach FTL due to shunpo and fast they travel i mean Ichi for example took what 12hrs or whatever it was time from 0 division to battle field.

Even without getting into the intricacies of the characters themselves, Laxus stomps, from an overall point of view Fairy Tail as a verse is just far above JJK as a verse in power, it's like pitting characters from MHA against characters from Toriko, it'll just almost never work.
