Serious answer: I learned from young that we must sacrifice something important to us, so I fast during the day and only eat at night. I'll only eat a little during the day for medical reasons in days that I have treatment.
Btw, it's almost a month next week, unless they start on another day in your country (on mine it started in February 14)
