As much I want the main Vegapunk to survive and for him to join Luffy and the others to Elbaf, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up dying and seeing how Saturn stabbed him, the possibility of him dying could happen.
As for Atlas and Edison, while on one hand I could see them survive but on the other hand, I think Oda could kill off one of them or even both.
Maybe Atlas will sacrifice herself during the battle against Saturn and Kizaru, and as for Edison I have no idea but Oda could probably find a way to kill him off as well.
The only two Punks that I believe will 100% survive are Lilith and York, with Lilith surviving and joining the Straw Hats to Elbaf.
Not saying Lilith will join the crew but again just an ally.
