Powers & Abilities Loki’s Fruit- The Onikuma?

Here is an interesting creature. This is the only Japanese mythological bear creature, since wolves are not native to the island. There is no guarantee of course that Loki has a Norse fruit just because the Vikings have that theme. The World Government installed Harald, and they follow a very distinct pattern of Japanese yokai for their strongest. There also haven’t been any mythical zoans that are foreign to Japanese minds.

Fenrir is cool and makes a lot of sense, but Fenrir does not stand alone. It is part of a wide ranging mythology that includes multiple creatures and figures, specifically Odin, and it was actually a child of Loki in the story. None of those other creatures or legendary figures are referenced. Mjolnir and other such weapons do not seem to exist in the story either, with Mjolnir being Hajrudin’s strongest attack already and Loki’s hammer going by a different name. The ravens, Sleipnir, Nidhogg, and Jormungandr are not featured, so Fenrir is not necessarily going to appear. Loki’s wolf could be the only representative.

Bear zoan is very mysteriously missing from the story so far as it is easily the most powerful animal that isn’t a mythological creature. It definitely would make sense for Loki to have the only bear zoan shown in the story to back up his strength.

Here’s the kicker- The Onikuma is killed in mythology by luring it into the hollowed out trunk of a tree.

We just saw the hollowed out inside of a huge tree branch for the first time in the story 😏

It also would match up with the claw marks on the wall in the castle.

Wonderful theory. A mythical bear would make sense as a berserkir type of a zoan, and Loki has already shown that he's strangely resilient. Not resilient in Kaido's fashion, like a tank, but a type thar receives full damage but doesn't feel pain and continues on. A berserker.

Especially since berserker literally means "wearing a bear's skin"
