Kaidou sure didn't talk like he ever heard of Loki.


He was jealous when he even saw momonosuke dragon


Kaidou also talked like he had no equal, not just him but also rumors. Well, maybe just the other yonkous.

Yet Imu now confirmed there were real rumors of Loki as pirate traveling the seas and was also known about his dragon power

Kaidou also looks like he has some ancient giant genes, maybe half giant. Also had ancient giants clones in his crew (numbers)


So is this just lazy retcon from Oda, he liked kaidou so much he made kaidou 2.0

Leichiiro Lolda‘s mind isn‘t that complicated to grasp.

He made Kaido a villain someone who slaved and did bad things to the people of Wano. Aka Kaido is the bad guy

Loki on the other hand cares about his people in Elbaph and supports the protagonists. Aka Loki is the good guy.

Since Loki is an amplified version of Kaido I wouldn‘t call it a retcon. As a child Loki had the same Kanabo that Kaido has

Remember Big Mom as a child was at Elbaph and she WAS AWARE OF Loki hence she tried to get Lola married to him.
