Chapter Discussion Loki & Kaidou

#1
While Loki is out there whining, throwing himself off cliffs, and daydreaming about becoming like Xebec—hoping Xebec will one day take him to sea, even though Xebec visits Elbaf six days a week just to talk to Harald—15-year-old Kaidou not only caught Xebec’s attention enough for him to want to meet him and send Whitebeard, but was already so strong he could wipe out an island in a fight against Xebec, with Golden Lion Shiki even showing concern in case things escalated between Prime Xebec and the 15-year-old teen who would become the World’s Strongest Creature, Man, Pirate, 1v1 King, and toughest guy alive.

Loki is honestly one of my favorite characters, and I’ve got a lot of appreciation for him — but Kaidou is absolutely wrecking him right now.

15 year old Kaido was stronger than admirals :myman:
That’s not even surprising to me anymore, now that it’s been revealed that 15-year-old Kaidou could replicate the aftermath of what Akainu and Aokiji took 10 days to accomplish — the result of both their efforts combined. :myman:
I don’t even want to imagine what Prime Kaidou, going all out with destructive intent, could do. That Flaming Drum Dragon form, with a magma carpet larger than an island and possibly the second or even strongest attack in the entire series, already gave us a glimpse — he’s without a doubt an absolute monster.

I thought he was 26 in human years and Colon was 6 or 8 or 10
The relative age gauge for Giants-to-Humans is 3:1 (as shown in Harald's introduction)

This is further confirmed when 5 year old Linlin appeared in Elbaf at roughly the same age as Hajrudin, who was 18 giant years old at the time, so 6 human years old flat.

Colon being 20 in Giant years means he's between 6 and 7 years old in human years. Loki likewise at 19 in these panels with Ida is about 6-7 human years old.
Loki in the present is 63 giant years, so 21 human years old. Hajrudin is 81 giant years, so 27 human years old.
