Well, Barto and Law were also born on the same day (not the same year though)
Think about it... Road is something like an Anti-Barto. He is obsessed with the Strawhat, but for the opposite reason: he hates them. He thinks he is better than them.
Loki was traumatized even earlier than Law, and had to survive on his own.
I think just as Loki&Road were crucified, Barto&Law will await execution. Both are in precarious situations and could easily have been captured by the navy off screen.
