Ragnir can fly and Ragnir is more than strong enough to lift Loki

Oda probably won’t ever do this in order to avoid getting comparisons to Marvel Thor but it’s factually a possibility that Loki can do this

I think he can call for it and it will come
- If he's going to do that he may as well use it to fly too
- Although, there is a possibility he won't even need to and he will have another means to achieve flight instead.
