I think Luffy’s crew will eventually be like a second coming of the Rocks crew.
What I mean by this is that Luffy’s crew will have the children or spiritual successors of members of the rocks crew.
I think Katakuri and Weavil will both join the crew.
Luffy’s crew will have an equivalent of every major Rocks member.
Whitebeard- Weavil (possible son but either way spiritual successor though not in personality)
Big Mom- Katakuri (son)
Kaido- Yamato (son/daughter/child of indeterminate gender)
Shiki- Zoro (spiritual successor but not in personality, Multi-sword wielder with Japanese theme)
One thing that combines them all is that they have completely opposite personalities to the original rocks members they represent just like Luffy has a completely different personality to Rocks.
The straw hat crew will basically be a good version of Rocks, they will declare on the WG but for good reasons unlike OG Rocks.

Also if WB did betray rocks it is possible that Weavil might too.
