So far outside of the giants the main outside forces in elbaf are the strawhats and holy knights. Tho that doesn’t mean no one else is going to arrive to the island. Knowing oda it’s likely gonna be arguable too many forces

Love or hate her Linlin has lots of ties to elbaf and potential stakes in returning. There’s coincidentally a good chance a lot of her prior enemies also end up all arriving at elbaf too

- Urouge is definitely coming to elbaf imo plus he defeated snack
- Blackbeard is an opportunist. His crew attacked tottoland stole pudding. Plus he might be seen as the sun god of destruction in elbaf
- Hawkins I just think he’ll help law
- Drake honestly same with Hawkins but sword could just potentially show up in general
- Apoo imo is going to weirdly enough help kid. Also he tried to invade tottoland too
There’s also the chance Neo mads comes to Elbaf for whatever reason and reunites with vegapunk imo. Both Caesar and Judge already have a negative relationship with Linlin too
If the wci team is getting back together I think we’re also gonna need to see the sun pirates. They have bad relations with big mom, they might know sun god lore, and the giants want to see more fishmen
Is that arguably too many characters? Maybe but knowing oda there’s probably gonna be even more lol. The revolutionary army honestly has a good shot at showing up too
Pedro like pound and like pekoms is 100% going to end up being alive due to crazy nonsense

It’d be cool to see zunesha walk on elbaf too to see how big he is compared to the land
As for why dragon and the revolutionaries should fight the holy knights? They’re basically main enemies of each other same way pirates and marines are enemies
It’s also lowkey been foreshadowed with dragon being the one to bring them up
Dragon and Sabo fighting Garling and shamrock could be very fitting imo. Koala vs gunko could be cool too
Outside of strawhat related reunions like with luffy, robin, sanji, and Jinbe that can happen anywhere elbaf is also the place where vegapunk and Saul are staying. Kuma and Bonney too
It’s also painfully obvious dragon has the is the man with the burn scar. Something the strawhats obviously need
- Tattoo representing of him being marked by flames
- He has an all black ship
- Can seemingly control the weather so him making whirlpools doesn’t seem impossible
- Had ties to the marines and world government
- Was inspired by Roger like the rest at his execution
