Speculations Luffy and Dragon will never meet

Luffy has never cared about who his dad is, and never will. Whenever he hears about the Revolutionaries, Sabo is the only one he cares about. Luffy meeting his dad isn’t some big, emotional moment that needs to happen for the story, like Gon in HxH meeting Ging. Dragon will either die or circumstances will cause them to never meet face to face.

Also, Luffy is constantly meeting people he has never known before and still manages to bond with them usually within a day.

If Dragon is the Wyper of the EOS saga, they might actually fight over who has the "right" to take down IMU.

It'd surely be a more interesting scenario than a wholesome reunion.

Its true Luffy will probably never care about Dragon. Dragon is a deadbeat after all. And even worse, he is clueless. Dragon had no idea about Imu until Sabo blabbed. What a useless bastard. Dragon will finally appear in the manga fighting in 2029.
