For the longest time, I questioned Oda's sanity for this. Only now, do I realize this was foreshadowing Luffy's potential abilities with Gear 5. Luffy can easily stretch himself into a jacket, and be "worn" by others, using Gear 5.

IE, Luffy has Venom capabilities. If Nami, or Usopp, are in seriousness danger, VIOLA! Just a little vore, and you have skinsuit Luffy as armor to protect them. In this form, Luffy can still move himself, but can also be controlled by the person he swallowed/covered.

Yes, that's right: this is how Luffy and Zoro will fuse in One Piece. Zoro will pop open that Fairy Condom, shove himself inside it, and gain the durability and stretching powers of Luffy, a Mythical Zoan.

Finally... Chopper, the Emergency Food Supply, will be eaten by his captain. Hopefully Luffy doesn't develop a craving for reindeer flesh...

But, anyway, I think, with some training, Fairy Condom Zoro would be capable of wreaking havoc in the world of One Piece.

So you are saying about Luffy turning into a Jacket.

The Jacket DF is about the user controlling the body.

So Luffy being a jacket for Nami/Usopp would only make him weak but controlling their bodies. Of course using Zoro's body would make him tougher but he wouldn't be stronger than Zoro since he doesn't know sword skills although he would be stronger than what he currently is.

One Piece is such a fun series when you try to appreciate it, rather than look at all the bad things in it. Yeah, it's not perfect, but there's so much crazy creativity, good humor, and interesting ideas in One Piece.

Just complaining about agendas is bad. I'm going to try to make more weird and fun theories.
