While we have the Elbaf arc BB will go to Wano for Pluton and also take control over Wano. People like Momo,Yamato, Kinemon will all be imprisoned. Garp will be there too. Blackbeard will declare Wano as his territory. Luffy on the other hand will get the 4th road poneglyph in Elbaf but will be forced to go to Wano first instead of Laughtale to save his friends.
We will get Luffy vs Blackbeard in Wano which effectively will be the battle for the PK title. Koby will probably also defeat Kuzan there to save Garp.
After BB is defeated, Momo will open the borders of Wano, Luffy will get Pluton, Yamato will join the SH's and they will travel to Laughtale and Luffy will become the PK.
