I feel like the first two lists are almost guaranteed since every single soul Luffy helped out is supposed to take part at the war and show their support till the last drop of blood. I can see Weevil as third party, don't see Enel returning.

I wonder if that genius of Oda saw this coming since the 20th century.

I mean EOS straw hats + his fleet + revos + another group among the ones in the OP (I would pick German because of the countless soldiers they have and their technology) are more than enough for the final war.

straw hat pirates (10-13 main characters each getting a big fight separated between the marines/SSG/CP)

heart pirates (2 to 4 primary side characters getting a fight against CP)

Kidd Pirates (2 primary side characters getting a fight against SSG)

Germa 66 (Fodder clearing while Sanji has a main fight)

Wano Samurai (Fodder clearing while Zoro has a main fight)

Sun Pirates (Fodder clearing while Jinbe has a main fight)

SHGF (Captains get fights while crews are fodder clearing)

Tashigi vs Cavendish

Drake vs Sai

John Giant vs Hajrudin

-some surprise allies from the past villains (people like Enel, Doflamingo if there’s another prison break)

Uranus probably goes to Team Celestial Dragon to keep things balanced. Vegapunk is more than likely sympathetic to team good Marine, but Team Bad Marine might still have his weapons
The leftover Yonko crews and old Warlords will be split between Luffy and Blackbeard
Buggy will be a completely selfish dick and fight entirely for himself, but end up doing good for Team Luffy
The old gen like Ray and Garp might just sit it out entirely and feel it’s up for the young to decide the fate of the world

Overall sides being a three way war of (Team Luffy and Team Dragon tenuously allied with Team Good Marines) vs (Team Bad Marines tenuously allied with Team Celestial Dragon) vs (Team Blackbeard.)

Now that‘s a final war that makes Marineford look cute.

Nah,in some way they will defy against IM,who probably plans something mayor that will involve the entire OP world.Bonney is connected to WG,so she will definitely participate against the tyranny of Celestial Dragons.

Before helping Luffy and co, Fujitora and Ryokugyu along with Kizaru should fight Zoro, Sanji and Jinbe so that the latter three prove to be admiral level. Otherwise, the Marines would lose two of three admirals at the start of the war.

Overall sides being a three way war of (Team Luffy and Team Dragon tenuously allied with Team Good Marines) vs (Team Bad Marines tenuously allied with Team Celestial Dragon) vs (Team Blackbeard.)

I think a three-way battle is likely but having two EoS villains is tricky, because you have to prevent one from eclipsing the other. I see two scenarios:

- Im is not a fighter and the final battle is Luffy against Blackbeard.
- Im vs Dragon or Sabo (WG vs Revos) and Blackbeard vs Luffy.

We’ll see; however, the grand line is designed to be a massive survival game. And honestly a game needs losers and I think all but kid and law and Luffy will be the losers and won’t get to fight against the WG
