Second Round: Endeavour can use his sidekicks and Hawks to help him pursue Lunatic in the air, but they can‘t help him fight.
Location: Where Endeavour fought the Nomu.
Restrictions: Lunatic can‘t turn himself into flames. For comparison‘s sakes his flames are as hot as Dabi‘s in this scenario (both have blue flames anyway).
Conditions: Lunatic watched Endeavour killing the Nomu and intends to kill him now since he‘s now a murderer. Endeavour goes for capture, not kill, if possible.
