Depend on which Madara we're talking about. I have alive Madara, Edo Madara and Six Paths Madara.

Alive Madara
R1: If Madara has at least basic CoA to hit the Admirals then he would put up a good fight. But, I don't think Alive Madara can beat any Admirals in a 1v1 imo.
R2: 3 is too much even for Madara so he gets mid-diffed.

Edo Madara
R1: Either stalemate or Edo Madara wins due to immortality and infinite chakra.
R2: Madara obviously gets clapped.

Six Paths Madara
R1: Madara mid-high diff any Admiral.
R2: Tough one here, I think Madara can beat all three if he uses Limbo.

Alive Madara and Hashirama at their strongest are probably considerably inferior to an Admiral 1v1. Perfect Susanoo is taken care of easily
