Well, if I remembered correctly, in an SBS, Oda stated that Sanji's DJ is hotter than a normal fire, so it's not entirely wrong to assume that Akainu's magma is hotter than a natural environmental magma. It's a good feat for Big Mom to survive the lava for this long but we should see the result soon.
