Hello all, this is a probable theory of man marked by flames. In history, there were 3 guys responsible for development of atomic bomb,Dr. Oppenheimer, Secy of war Stimson and Lt. Gen Leslie Groves.Obvious targets were Kyoto (cultural centre) and Tokyo (where emperor lived). But the goal of the atomic bombings was to destroy Japan's ability to make war, not to destroy Japanese people or culture. Thus Stimson opposed the idea of bombing Kyoto as he had some personal biases/connections to that city. Similarly Tokyo was spared because emperor lived there and people treat him like deity, so attacking Tokyo would enrage the people more. In one piece universe Wano is Kyoto. So it might be possible that there was a elder (god of war) who might be father of Kozuki Toki, opposed IMU to destroy Wano using Mother flame. In turn IMU tried to kill him but he somehow got saved but got the scar due to black flames. This also suggests that the weapon at Wano can be used to counter Mother Flame.Thus one piece is actually related to all ancient weapons..and one who gets that info can use those weapons to counter IMU. Moreover, Shandora might be the equivalent of Tokyo, which was spared from the destruction.
