Imo, the share the most similarities in these two mangas
-Both are very powerful and praised by the strongest of the series but not really on their level, they can put up a fight with their hax/battle IQ but they are not on their level
-Both are inbetween two of the three important generation in the series
-both lost a lot of loved ones but never turned evil
-Kakashi was clout god, Marco is too kinda, everybody knows him and praises him.
