Passive Loga intangibility has nothing to do with strength. It’d be dumb to give a Logia the W just because their opponent technically can’t hit them due to not having Haki. No one would say Caribou > Goku because Goku can’t hit a Logia’s real body
This makes the logias weaker than they are in the One Piece verse since logia intangibility gives them an advantage even against haki use.
Admirals usually fare better in cross vs due to this, and also their raw AOE. I see Kuzan being able to counter Evil Natural Water who is one of the hardest to deal with monsters normally.
There's no way team One Piece can win this though with how many high dragons are here.
Passive intangibility is still an advantage, for example in a fight against Big Mom they would be able to ignore all the attacks via the homies, so in a clusterfuck group battle like this the logias never have to worry about long range elemental attacks or environment based attacks (wind, even psychosis) affecting them. Massive advantage they wouldn't have otherwise. Physical speed blitz should damage them though obviously.

I was thinking about how Kuma could be a support in the fight, repelling attacks and transferring damage, but really, those two could secure the victory for OPM.
Orochi shook planet earth just by charging his Gaia Cannon. And Psykorochi is literally Orochi + Psykorochi. Yeah I would say the top MA monsters are enough to win. You. An debate Admirals vs other dragons or whatever but these would likely be too much for them.
