Tashigi had so much potential only for Oda to waste it and her, as well as Smoker.
She could have had a bigger role and made truly badass, I would have surely made her so with her giving more of a fight to Law and defeat Monet on her own, as well as her being stronger, faster and more agile with her fighting style being more focused on agility/speed and precision than Zoro, and her also having Geppo and Kami e, with her having developped Kami e partially in case she faced Robin again, so she would be able of freeing herself of Robin's clutches by making her body so flexible.
She could also use it to free herself of chains and handcuffs.
