I personally believe Mary Geoise is Next Arc
And there is very interesting Hint towards it
Just like every Arc has a Villain, we are also used to being Introduced to Top Commanders of said Villain
Examples:
Buggy had Mohji & Cabaji
Arlong had Three Commanders
Crocodile had Agents 01 to 04
Enel had Four Priests
Doflamingo had Four Executives
Sweet Commanders, Calamities ... etc
And next Arc is No Exception
Current Events seem to indicate Imu is the Next Big Bad, so who are Imu's Top Commanders?
Some might say it's Admirals, but answer is simply No, and I will prove it now
We've learned before that WG has Three Top Strongholds connected to each other, they are:
Marine HQ ---> Top Marine Base
Impel Down ---> Top World Prison
Enies Lobby ---> Top Cipher-Pol Base (CP-9)
However I found it weird that later on, Oda introduced CP-0, so I asked myself, shouldn't they have been the ones to occupy Enies Lobby?!
That's when I noticed that those Three arent the Supreme Authority of their own Forces, they simply operate in Grand Line and Publicly
The True Leading Divisions are stationed in Mary Geoise and we've already seen all Three
CP-0 Commander In Chief leads entire CPs
Marine Commander In Chief leads entire Marines
Supreme Warden leads entire Prisons
These are Mary Geoise Version of Top 3 Commanders and they were Promoted into their Positions from Three Islands I previously mentioned
Rob Lucci = Third Commander
He is CP-0 Commander In Chief and was Chosen from Enies Lobby (CP-9)
Warden before Magellan = Second Commander
He is Supreme Warden in Mary Geoise who takes care of Prisoners and Slaves there. He was teased in Chapter 0 during Shiki's Escape from Impel Down (However it's possible he will get replaced by Magellan)
Kong = First Commander
He is Marines Commander In Chief and was Chosen from Marine HQ as he was Fleet Admiral before Sengoku. He appeared once talking to Sengoku about Fleet Admiral Position
In other words, these Three are Bosses of Marine HQ, Impel Down and Enies Lobby who operate from Mary Geoise directly under Gorosei
And just like most big Arcs, One of Top Commanders is faced before Main Arc Plot starts.
Examples:
Mr. 3 before Arabasta
Satori before Enel's Survival Game started
Blueno before Enies Lobby Fights for Key
Jack before Wano
Cracker before Tea Party
Vergo before Dressrosa ... etc
And this applies to current Arc too, as SHs are now facing Lucci (Who is like Imu's Jack)
This is bad news for Lucci as it means he will get One-Shot, but not before he really endangers everyone
