Spooder and Punisher, could be a very interesting clash between Spidey's no-kill rule and Punisher's brutality.

And Scorpion's the possible villain? I'd have thought Kingpin was a better fit.

Maybe they could introduce Black Tarantula as a crime lord antivillain, he was really cool especially in the Spider-Girl comics.
