It’s the same for speed, Usopp can react and fight the Seraphim’s or people far far far above sukuna pay grade

And like I said Usopp even if we say it’s cartoonish can tank attack that would erase Sukuna from existence

Sukuna finished off Maho with a literal nuke. That's what Open + Fire arrow is. Usopp ain't touching that.

This is not a 1 v 1. It's Megumi and his shikigami vs usopp. I don't think usopp survives Divine Dogs fucking ripping his throat out. Just cause op fighters never go for the kill doesn't mean other verses will do the same.

usopp is never serious lol. He almost always starts off with weak attacks. His best dps attacks are his final resort often.
