Nomu capabilites, especially their durability are on a different level.

She could tag and fight such monsters in a 1 v 5 scenario, granted they weren't "fully awake".

Her speed, ap and perseverance should allow her to take this match-up anywhere from mid - high diff. I don't see it as extreme

Mirko mid diffs. Those Nomu had the durability to bust Skyscrapers with their limbs and Mirko dealt lethal damage to them all in at most 2 attacks. Regen. Saved them.

It's really hard to compare 2 manga, because the ''physics'' and ''laws'' are different. In MHA you can kick people's limbs off, while in OP nobody does that, because it's too brutal.
So saying ''Mirko kicked a Nomus Head off - while Sanji never showed something like that'' as an argument for Mirko is nonsense.
I would say OP characters are definetely faster and stronger than MHA characters. Even Baratie Sanji could move faster than Fodder could see - Soru like.

Mirko probably high diffs Alabasta Sanji assuming he had moderate growth from Baratie to at the end of the arc.

EL Sanji should be much faster and stronger. He probably mid diffs her.
