Don't remember the exact wording but isn't she dead whatever the outcome of this fight is? Because her disease I guess reaches its climax today, for lack of a better wording.

I think the actual villains might be the Deskuntan aliens. They might invade earth by tracking and following the simurians.

But I still think someone else will intervene and save Yuka.

Maru's CT seems really broken. I wouldn't be surprised if it can be used to heal too. It's chaos and harmony after all. And we saw him create plant life on a concrete roof this chapter.

My theory was, as long as the duel is on, the ritual for exorcism is on, Yuka will be in a suspended death state. So, someone traps Maho without killing him. At least for a time being before he adopts. Like maybe freezing him whole constantly, or throwing him into a portal or something.

That's only to buy time tho. Enough time for Maru or maybe Cross(since she and Yuka were pretty close), or maybe some other simurian, to heal and bring back Yuka.

The fact that Dabura has such a broken CT leads me to believe his sister might just have something broken too. Maybe she has super healing CT. Or radiation CT which would be effective against cancer.
