first of all let's make it clear, Green Bull will have only two scenarios in Wano, he will either be defeated and retreat, or he will just be killed, because we all know that if he wins then Wano will just be under the world government control, and that's not going to happen cuz the narrator said that Momo is going to be the greatest shogun of Wano, so there are two reasons to prove that Momo is the one who will beat Green Bull:
1. in the eyes of the world government, unlike Luffy if Momo defeated the Green Bull, it will just be like Wano is protected, so the world government wouldn't dare to attack Wano again even if the pirates left, because Wano is a closed country and has a strong shogun.
2. In the eyes of Wano's people; we know that luffy told Momo not to tell them that he was the one who defeated Kaido, he is trying to make Momo be the hero in their eyes, wouldn't this plan be ruined if luffy defeated Green Bull while Wano's people are just watching him and saying "yeah, this is Joy Boy, he is our hero"?, but if Momo defeated Green Bull they will just say "oh.. our shogun is strong, he's a hero, we will be safe" and things like that, this will make what the narrator said makes sense as well as Luffy's plan.
