I saw another post saying that Ceasars lied about momos fruit being a failure. But that is not true,it is a failure.
I don't want to write a long paragraph about it so long story short: It is a failure because as seen in case of zoan devil fruits, they have a will of their own. Vegapunk made a copy of zoan and considered it a failure because it DOSEN'T have a will of its own. Without its will maybe zoans loose something that makes them zoan and special. Luffys fruit had will of its own that is why it avoided WG for 800 years. Vegapunk failed to recreate that will in that fruit and so it is a failure.
And hence vegapunk SMILE are a failure. Yes there is a possibility that vegapunk lied to prevent WG from asking him to create more but I see it highly unlikely. That is all and yes i know i wont get upvote but just comment ur opinions
