Kuma's fruit. He could not only heal damage and fatigue, but he can then weaponize it and turn it against the enemy. And you get sexy paw pads.

But maybe someone like Franky or Usopp would have a good use of it. Imagine shooting a bunch of bullets/weapons and freeze it. You could create a whole freeze arsenal and then made it go all out at once.
