I found a big detail!.. On the left, the Ancient Giant beside the Sun God has the same Pattern around his body than
the Serpent of Hell God's body..

I think that character is Loki and is the Reincarnation of the Serpent of Hell God..




And the Left part of the Mural is indeed the 3rd World where all the Gods meet again.. That's what surely meeting again may refer to..
In the 1st World and 2 World, they could never meet again..

It’s possible that the serpent devil became a mythological zoan, what many people call Jormungandr, and that Loki has it.
