As we see from Doflamingo's dialogue with Law:

Is there also any Mythical Zoans or Healing based Paramecia abilities that extends the user's age a lot or even nearly make him immortal?

Marco's Phoenix DF technically should at least extend the user's age, or other DFs with absurd healing abilities or resurrection such as Orochi's Mythical Zoan etc.

I assume that, those abilities probably doesn't make them completely immortal, since it would de-hype Law's ''Ultimate DF'' and the necessity of the user needs to lose his life to create an eternal living person, however I believe there should be Mythical Zoans or other DFs that should extend the users age.

It makes sense for Hawkins DF to give temporal immortality when combined with the correct card.
Like infinite straw dolls or something on that line.
Not definitive like Law's Ope-Ope tho.

The thread was created before the 5 Planets were shown as immortals.

Its not a coincidence that all 5 Planets are Mythical Zoans, not 1 of them are Paramecia or Logia.

• Uma Uma no Mi, Model: Bakotsu
• Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Gyuki
• Mushi Mushi no Mi, Model: Sandworm
• Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Itsumade

But if it was related to the only Zoans then they would have regeneration limits like Nika, Orochi or Phoenix.

''I tried my hand at Logias, but they were trickier than expected''.

Logia and Zoans are different as its stated, while Vegapunk was able to copy Zoans as we see from Momonosuke's Zoan DF, but he wasn't able to copy Logias.

But at the same time, its stated that Zoans have their ''will of their own''.

Perhaps that ''will'' is one of the keys to the 5 Planets immortality.

Regular awakened zoans has this, then the mythical ones will have even more.

Other than mere resilience, how Luffy was resurrected with his Zoan Awakening;

Luffy's Conqueror Haki was shown while being resurrected.

Conqueror Haki was also the another key to the resurrection and immortality via Myhtical Zoan.

Luffy was at a point where he could use Conqueror Haki while he was KOed;

So that even after he died, with his Zoan and CoC Haki combined, he managed to resurrect.

When Mars was regenerating through the laser barrier, he was using CoC Haki as well not only his DF;

Same as when they teleported;

There are some tricks related to both Zoan Awakening + Ad.CoC to their immortality and teleportation.

The Ope youth surgery could be also the factor here, but again if it was Ope surgery only why would they use Zoan Awakening and Conqueror Haki, it could be combination of both 2, or all 3.

Possible counters to their power: remove one of the components, such as the Zoan factor (via Kairoseki or Darkness etc), or overpower their Haki factor with a greater Haki than they have.
