The guy is grade 1 and he should be some levels above Miwa and at least comparable to others grade 1. And he seems quick with his sword

Panda and Inumaki are Grade 1 too and this nibba is like X years older than them.

He's weak. You should know especially while after the Shibuya readthrough.

Yeah the guy's a coward (and I like that) but he is not that weak. Panda is only on trial to be grade 1 and Inumaki is semi grade 1.

The full fledged grade 1 are Todo, Mei Mei, Yaga and Nanami (and Kusakabe).

Here is a nice feat : when he man up he can do cool things
