One of the most overlooked scenes in one piece is of the one of imu holding vivi’s picture out of the pictures of luffy Blackbeard and shirahoshi. And I believe that everything has come together. Blackbeard and luffy will be the 2 strongest pirates in endgame. Shirahoshi being an ancient weapon and Vivi likely being one would make sense of why imu would have pictures of them since they would be the biggest endgame characters. However Imu specifically grabbed the picture of Vivi. Why? It is because Vivi is the most likely character to rule the world by the end of one piece.
Many people think that since luffy is joyboy he will guide the world. But we have to remember that luffy being a political figure and governing nations is completely out of character for him. Oda even reinforces this when luffy did not feel comfortable being master of the grand fleet. Vivi on the other hand is a princess of a kingdom and soon to be queen of it turns out it is true that king cobra gets assasinated at the reverie. It is also interesting to note that Vivi is a sovereign who has befriended shirahoshi just like the ponygleighs at fishman island prophesied. Vivi would be the best candidate for guiding the new world into peace since her and her family already don’t trust the world government and refuse to live on marijoa with them. It is also important to note that alabasta has ponygleighs, meaning that they in the past had connections with joyboy
If you look into it you will also realize that Vivi is a direct parallel to Oden kozuki. When oden was young just like Vivi he wanted to explore the seas and travel outside of his land. He did not want to be burdened with royalty. When he was given the chance he abandoned his country in times of need to adventure with white ears and then rogers. Vivi was put on the exact same situation. She also explored outside of her country but when her country was in trouble she came to save her people and stayed there to guide it instead of running off with the straw hats.
If it is true that Vivi can control an ancient weapon and it is already established that her family is against the world government it would make sense that Imu sees Vivi as a higher threat than luffy Blackbeard and shirahoshi. Imagine how much the image of the world government would be tarnished if one of the 20 kingdoms rises up against them and attacked them with an ancient weapon. On top of that Vivi is the most likely candidate to lead the new world of peace at the end of the story. She is even known in the one piece community as the straw hat that never joined the crew. And finally what interests me the most is how Vivi fits the description of the 2 sovereigns that the fishman ponygleighs were talking about. Vivi also might be based off Egyptian queen cleopatra. And considering that alabasta was the first kingdom the straw hats saved their is definitely a lot of importance in it.
One last thing to not is if it is possible that vivis pet bird Karoo could have been the animal inside the egg from rogers ship? If the egg being suspected as an ancient weapon is true this adds more insight into why imu is interested in Vivi.
