You know that annoying eyeball popping gag?
I want him to weaponize it.
So instead of just having his eyes pop out, he shoots a bunch of eyeballs out of his skull like a machine gun.
Like the tennis machine in Tom and Jerry - see 5:50.

On a serious note... Naw. I don't think Luffy is going to cross dress. He has like no romantic feelings at all, and so he probably wouldn't know how to use such a thing against someone in the first place. It's somehow too clever for him. If he tried it and someone like Nami saw it, I'd imagine she'd say "NOBODY IS GOING TO GET FOOLED BY THAT!!!" in her angry face
