In the Oden flashback, the Sea Kings referred to two sovereigns. One of these is obviously Shirahoshi, who we know can control sea kings.
The fact that the sea kings refer to two sovereigns indicates that in addition to Shirahoshi there must be one other that the sea kings take orders from. This second sovereign is undoubtedly Joyboy aka Luffy.
We know that Luffy could hear the sea kings via the voice of all things. Yet we never saw him talk to them. I think this is most likely due to the fact that Luffy was still unawakened at the time. However now that Luffy has awakened the gomu gomu no mi and has fully realized his potential as Nika, I believe that the sea kings will recognize him as the second sovereign, and Luffy will be able to give orders to sea kings.
Also we know that G5 is able to power up the ancient robot. This could mean that Nika, as the sun god, is capable of accessing the infinite power source that Vegapunk was theorizing.
Mother flame was hinted to have been invented from studying the ancient robot. However, we know that Vegapunk was never capable of replicating the Robot's power source.
If Nika really is the ancient kingdom's power source, then that would mean that Luffy has the ability to generate more energy than mother flame.
Basically, the ancient weapons are extensions of the power of Nika. Nika is probably the sovereign of the world or something. As a result he can probably control sea kings. If I were to guess, Shirahoshi's control over the sea kings is likely even greater than Luffy's, as Shirahoshi is poseidon - god of the sea.
As sun god, Luffy is capable of generating immense amounts of energy. Pluton and Uranus probably utilize this energy for their destructive capabilities.
