Uh, Noelle claps and it's not even close. Even tho Misaka is Level 5 she is not very versatile and both in speed and ap Noelle just washes her.

Why you do this against best girl? Well, Noelle’s my favorite Black Clover girl so it kind of evens out here.

Most that can be argued for Misaka is water is a great conductor for her lightning but even than, the most she’s ever managed fighting stronger opponents like Brunhild and Anna is stalling them out. Noelle’s just too much of a powerhouse.

You need at least Saints to be able to combat her. And not just because she herself is a Saint
