Speculations Observation haki emission?

One of the abilities of observation coating could be something like genjutsu from Naruto, making your enemies see visions of a bad future or some made up stuff.
Could this be what Zoro learns in his fight with Shiryu and his swords end up with 3 auras, CoA, CoC and CoO?

So Mihawk used against Luffy at Marineford and not Luffy haki blooming as Future Sight.

That would only support how Mihawk wasn't taking the war serious and was actually helping Luffy.
