A lot of Girls in One Piece have the "Same Face Problem", but that's mostly with "Good" or "Nice" female Characters. When they are Evil he gets to have a lot more fun with them and the Evil Women have some of the most unique designs in One Piece. Just from WCI there are a lot to choose from. That all look different.
