Why oda haven't produced single great written strawhats despite having 1000+ chapters?
While other animes like code Geass, Vinland Saga e.t.c. have written 1000 time better character than entire strawhats or even entire one piece character with some animes having even less than 24 episode.
Is it because oda is victim of shounen?
Or
Is it cause oda don't know or don't care about writing characters and instead focus on world building and mystery?
Or
is it cause oda thinks single dimensional character with same repeated traits like
-luffy being stupid and saviour
-zoro getting lost and being manly
-nami being coward and gold digger
-usopp being coward and sometime showing braveness
-Sanji being pervert and sometimes showing coolness
Makes character more interesting.

By same definition you call sanji better written than zoro or franky
Zoro is consistent while sanji is contradictory.
