Also if you look at Scotchinformers second post, I think this comment is mostly about Sanji's demanour in WCI. How he was mostly "cool", and didnt simp as much. It shouldnt be taken seriously.

Yeah, as in this is Zoro and Luffy's arc.....which should be fairly obvious. Sanji's VA wanted to seem like how he was in WCI....but Oda said no in a joking way.

If you look at Scotch's second post he said it was all a joke and shouldnt be taken serious.
