Even though Oden was stupidly handled after he came back to Wano, he still has some face saved before that like Facing WB, Rayleigh and Gaban wanting 2 VS 1 against him, immediately coming back at Roger even after getting hit by an unseen powerful technique (Oden never had any idea of Such an attack and was totally unexpected for him)
... abd even after all that he sailed on RPs and probably learned more techniques....
I don't consider this much of a feat but still, he Knocked down Laido D Weakest Fake Hype.
and about Oden's Crew, of course THE 9 SCABBARDS,
I believe their Strength
YC1 Level: Asura Douji (Sulong Inu+Neko)
YC2 Level: Kyoshiro
YC3 Level: Inu, Neko (They were both Fighting Jack whole day and whole Night Without Sulong)
YC4 Level: Kawamatsu
YC5, 6, 7: Izu (already commander of WBP), Kiku, Kinemon, Raizo
I think Oden and his crew would very likely be tough competition to Yonko, even stronger than some (if Quantity is not considered, SHs wont have Quantity as well).... I think its safe bet if its FullMoon night and Oden has Inu+Neko Sulong forms on his side then he would likely overcome other Yonko with 3 YC1s on his side
