And this kills 90% of the Shichibukai since almost all of them are devil fruit users
The Shichibukai are definitely more powerful, especially Mihawk, but Mihawk is literally a brick with no hax or versatility, he's an easy Itachi victim

Having pre cog via FS on top of the insane speedgap makes it even worse.

He isn't careless but he is laidback, it's not like he just blitzed and one shot Vista with some uber OP attack for example, Itachi has all the time in the world to put him under a Genjutsu

Also, Mihawk made quick work of Mr. 1 who blocked one of his blows previously. So take it as you want.
