It’s been 30 chapters since the first 5 were revealed, so I can only assume that the remaining 5 blacked out before the raid started, which is why they’re nowhere to be seen. But then the question is why is Oda waiting so long to bring them into the story? I assumed we’d see them before the F6 started falling, but Ulti and possibly P1 are now down for good and we still haven’t seen them

i think they are 12 in total since the dragon in punk hazard was named "dragon number 13" and number 10 bears a strong resemblance to a dragon.

As for the topic, they will eventually appear again and will get defeated by either Usopp or Chopper.

I mean the Onigashima raid will end up in failure. Big Mom pirates didn't just come to drop off Big Mom and Perospero, the fire festival is the half way point in the month that Hawkins mentioned. Most numbers we have seen were drunk, they had a poor display. The number that Yamato one shot was probably the weakest since he's the only one looking human, no fangs with clothes and wasn't drunk..
