He’s a living legend, Prime Roger and WB were above Yonko lvl I think, so it makes sense that Rayleigh was at least Yonko lvl

If Roger is above Yonko lvl then Rayleigh as the second strongest can be Yonko lvl. Old Rayleigh could clash with Kizaru and swim through the Calmbelt while killing Seakings with his bare hands

I think at the time where Oden fought Kaido he was stronger but still not on Rayleighs lvl.

Of course it is... And it doesn’t really even change anything... the same way Oda doesn’t want to actually confirm any power levels, he tells the anime people not to confirm shit as well

Oden stalemated with Gaban and that’s it... Not even one interaction with Rayleigh because Oda doesn’t want to actually say anything about a relevant character like Rayleigh... Oden is dead and Gaban doesn’t exist in the plot so their power levels don’t matter
